Building and maintaining a cross-platform fintech application for Android and iOS using React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript. I manage the entire mobile lifecycle, from defining API contracts with the backend team to working with designers to implement clean, highly animated interfaces.
Architecting the app using React patterns like composite components and container-presenter models, managing global state with the Context API, and handling complex routing with React Native Navigation.
Creating custom reusable components, interactive charts, and building smooth, fluid animations using React Native Reanimated while enforcing strict theming and styling standards.
Integrating native device capabilities including location services, push notifications, and biometric authentication for both platforms.
Writing custom native modules using Expo Modules bridging Android (Kotlin & Jetpack Compose) and iOS (Swift & SwiftUI) when specific native performance or APIs are required.
Setting up robust multi-environment pipelines (Test, Develop, Staging, Production) using Gitflow and adhering to clean code best practices.
Ensuring app stability through unit testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing utilizing Maestro.
Managing builds, deployments, and Over-The-Air (OTA) updates via Expo EAS, shipping directly to the Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.
Education

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in January 2025, achieving a 95/100 (3.8) GPA.
Won bronze at the XVIII Infomatrix Mexico competition in February 2024.
Awarded the CENEVAL Prize for outstanding performance on the graduation examination.
